Question: How long does it take to get my serial number after purchasing?

Answer: Your serial number will be emailed to you immediately after purchasing any of our software. This is automated by our system and you will get it within a minute or two at the longest. If you don't see the email, then check your junk folder just in case you email filtered it (not common).


Question: How many computers can I install the plugins on?

Answer: The standard license for all of our plugins can be used on 2 computers. For bulk a bulk licensing discount, contact us for a quote.


Question: What if I upgrade my computer?

Answer: You can easily transfer the activation. There is an option in the software to transfer the activation. If the computer crashes and you can no longer access it, there is also an option to transfer it when you install on a new computer. The key will never get locked out due to being already activated. It will always have an option to deactivate an old computer to install on the new one.


Question: Can I install the plugins on multiple Photoshop installations on the same computer?

Answer: Yes, you may install the plugins on the same computer as many times as you want. The activation limit applies to number of computers, not the total number of installs. For example, if you have it installed on both Photoshop CC 2019 and Photoshop CC 2020 then it only counts as 1 computer installation since the installs are on the same computer.

Question: What is your upgrade policy?

Answer: With our single plugin licenses, you may update your software to any new revision for the same version. For example, if you purchased EZ Green Screen 6.0.0 then you may update to 6.0.1, 6.0.2, 6.5.1, etc. New major release versions (version 7 for example) will be offered at a discount to license holders of prior versions.


Question: How do I upgrade to a newer version of my plugin?

Answer: Just download the latest version from the website. You don't need to uninstall your current version. Just install the newer version and it will replaces the files as needed. Most of the time, it will auto recognize your serial number and you won't even need to re-enter it. If the activation code for the software has changed, then you may need to re-enter your serial number. As long as it is on the same computer, it won't count as another computer activation.


Question: What is your return policy?

Answer: After software activation, all sales are final. We encourage you to try our software prior to purchasing. We have full trial downloads for all of our plugins. These are fully functional with a grid watermark. The download files from the website are identical to the files you get when you purchase. You only need the serial number from the purchase to unlock the grid.


Question: What if I have software activation problems?

Answer: Activation issues are very rare. Typically, the only thing that will cause an issue is if a computer has restricted internet access or a proxy connection. For example, if you are using a corporate computer that does not have external internet connection. For this case, we can help you do a manual activation by using a custom Photoshop script. Just contact us and we will get it activated for you.
